It is no secret that the childcare industry in the US is fraught with issues. From the economic impact to families to the lack of availability, there are so many challenges for parents. Fortune writer Megan Leonhardt interviewed 143 Communications partner Jamie LaDuca for their latest coverage of the US childcare crisis.

While the challenges seem endless, the silver lining for Jamie was that 143 Communications was born out of the necessity to take control of a tiny portion of the childcare instability.
