Client News: Better Homes & Gardens Features Lilibridge
Lilibridge is a female-founded, female-led, fashion brand, based out of Charlestown, MA, that combines the co-founders’ love of the beach with a passion for style. When they approached us to help support their unique design for Runway 4 Recovery (R4R) in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we were honored to help spread the word. R4R, now in its 16th year, is a Boston-based nonprofit supporting those affected by breast cancer. The organization redefines the breast cancer experience for families through events and programs and strives to provide normalcy amidst the unimaginable. They serve survivors, as well as those who live on as legacies, with the understanding that breast cancer never impacts just one person.
This year, Lilibridge designed a unique R4R Peony Clutch where 40% of the proceeds go to R4R and it was truly an honor having the opportunity to tell the media about this beautiful clutch. And we weren’t the only ones who thought the Lilibridge clutch was unique - the fashion editorial team at Better Homes & Gardens took notice too and we’re thrilled to say it was featured in the October 2022 print edition of the BHG.
For any PR professionals reading this, we all know product placement can sometimes be challenging, but it makes our jobs so much easier when we’re pitching something that just speaks for itself in its quality, beautiful design and unique features. Not to mention a hefty sum of the proceeds go back to an important organization, R4R, that’s helping families of breast cancer survivors.
Sometimes media relations can feel like an uphill battle, but when two amazing companies come together and have a unique story to tell that’s truly helping people, it’s much easier to get the media to feature that special story, or in this case, product.
If you’re wondering where to purchase the Lilibridge R4R Peony Clutch, it’s currently available here or you can attend R4R on October 14, 2022 in Boston and more details are here.
