143 Communications is a female-founded boutique PR agency. Started in 2021, both founders had been through the rollercoaster of parenting very young children and working full-time during a pandemic - and realized there has to be a better way to do both!

Wanting to draw on our 30+ years of combined experience and work with brands that we really believed in, we took the leap and started our own business.
